Biking and Parkinson's

There are many positive benefits from biking for people that suffer from Parkinson's. Improved balance, gait, reduced tremors, more flexibility. By exercising, our brain uses dopamine more efficiently. Greater improvements are possible by increasing the intensity of the workout.
